the big move...

I know, I know, I'm very slack. I can't believe how quickly the past two months have gone. With packing, moving and unpacking, the time has just flown. We moved into our new (temporary) home around 5 weeks ago now. I was without the internet for a couple of weeks, so that was a killer, but I have no excuses now. We are really enjoying being here. We still spend two days a week up at Hurstville so that the kids can still go to Kindy, so that's a bit of a nuisance, but it's only until the beginning of December, so we can live with that. It's been really hard getting them into a local pre-school for next year, but I think I have finally found one that has 2 spots available. I think I'm on every waiting list in a 10 mile radius! We are really enjoying our weekends down here, especially with the weather warming up. We usually catch up with our friends at some stage over the weekend so all of the girls get to play together. It's been great.
We are out house hunting every Saturday. We're getting a bit sick of it, so hopefully we will find something very soon. We have our eye on one or two places, so we may be able to make an offer in the next week or so. It will be nice to know that we have found a permanent place to live and we can start packing again...lol. We will have to arrange a longer settlement when we buy as our lease isn't up at this house until the New Year. With the new baby coming in around 5-6 weeks it will be nice to just relax for a little while before we have to move again.
